Haha it's pretty simple. Ride your bike every day, and ride it hard. Eat right, get plenty of sleep and do some crunches and push-ups from time to time. Hope that helps :)

i been doing that for 2 years well i dont bike and i do 10 crunches and push-ups in the morning and duabul it 3 times a day and go like that for a week

Ex: morn 10 midday 20 afternoon 40
next day morn 80 midday 160 afternoon 160 i stick to 160 for the rest of the week and then on startdays i rest coz my body hurts to death
